Villa Antica Colonia Experience

A card will be requested at the time of booking as a guarantee for the reservation. The card will be used to charge or pre-authorize cancellation fees as indicated below.

Terms and Conditions of Cancellation
• Cancellation is fully refundable until 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellation with a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation's total amount from 4 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No-show, delayed arrival, or early departure will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation amount.

The penalty amounts will be charged upon entering the penalty phase of the reservation in the manner stated above. In the event that the charge or pre-authorization of a penalty fee is unsuccessful, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

The rate includes:
rich breakfast basket delivered every morning to your apartment
access to the outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor Pool, private beach. Wi-FI and private parking

NOT REFUNDABLE

An earnest payment equal to 100% of the reservation's total amount is required to be paid at the time of booking. The down payment amount will not be refunded to the customer in case of cancellation.
